• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.
• E-tickets are delivered to the email address provided at checkout.
• You must present a valid e-ticket at the entrance for admission.

3. Pricing & Promotions

Promotional pricing, including discounts, is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice. Prices displayed are valid at the time of purchase only.

4. Admission & Conduct

• Tickets are valid for the date and attraction specified at purchase.
• Visitors must follow all posted rules and staff instructions.
• Management reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any visitor for safety or behavioral reasons.

5. Weather & Closures

Attractions may close temporarily due to weather, maintenance, or other unforeseen circumstances. No refunds will be issued for partial closures or weather-related interruptions.

Visitors assume all risks associated with visiting the attraction. We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property during your visit, except where required by law.
